We have been providing services to our clients since mid-2015 in Nursing and Care Assisting. Our staff are very well trained and we have a very wide range of different types of staff of ages, backgrounds and experience.

Recruitment Process
Protect24 follows a robust recruitment procedure; we endeavour to complete registration within a six week period from the initial enquiry.
Our Recruitment Process takes place in the following FIVE stages.

STAGE 1: Initial Screening - Addressing through qualifications, experience, merits and desire to provide high standard of care.

STAGE 2: Interview and Assessments - Invitation of face-to-face interview with panel in attendance.
​
STAGE 3: Compliance and Hiring - Checked through company procedures for suitable candidates.
​
STAGE 4: Staff Induction - Successful candidates are known of their rights, responsibilities and accountability.The company runs on compliance and a strict dress code.

STAGE 5: Pre-Placement Training - Hired candidates must complete all mandatory training before embarking on work.
